This Privacy Policy explains how Zent: Discipline (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application. By using Zent: Discipline, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Zent: Discipline is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you enable Daily Tracking Notifications, Zent: Discipline will send three daily push notifications:
Notifications are delivered via Expo’s push infrastructure. Your Expo push token is stored in our database solely to deliver these notifications and is never shared for marketing purposes.
You can disable notifications at any time through:
Disabling notifications removes your push token from our servers.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our social media profiles). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
Zent: Discipline’s infrastructure providers (Clerk, Convex) may store and process your data in countries outside your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of Zent: Discipline after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
